Dear Akela,

Thank you for your interest in Cub Scout Pack 164. Fall is the best time for your son to join Cub Scouts. We have many exciting activities planned this year from our Fall Camp-Out, Pinewood Derby, Blue and Gold Banquet.  Community related activities including the Scouting for Food for local food pantries.

Cub Scouts is open to all boys from Grade K – 5.  Starting in 2018, we proudly expanded our Pack to include Kindergarten age boys. This Den is known as the Lions.   Learn more about the Lion Pilot Program on the BSA Website.

In Cub Scouts, your son will have lots of fun, learn new things and meet new friends.  But Cub Scouts is much more than that; it is fun with a purpose!

Scouting develops character, leadership, communication skills, and good citizenship.

Scouting is a year round program, where most other programs only last a few months.  Scouting encourages your son to be active, be healthy, and to Do Your Best!

Learn more about how Scouting benefits your child and your family by reading the BSA Cub Scout Parent Information Guide.

All new Scouts (Youth and Adult) are required to complete an application. New Scout Registration fees are $118.00, which is for Sept 2018-Aug 2019.

Existing Scouts who would like to transfer to our Pack should use the Youth Transfer Form located on the BSA Website.

Pack 164 meets at Bethel Methodist Church in Stockbridge, Ga
