Troop 311 is chartered by Saint Vincent Basilica Parish in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. We meet at the parish's Grove building on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM in the summer, and 7:30 PM the remainder of the year. If you are interested in joining or bridging from one of the area Cub Scout Packs, please contact us through this site. We are a very active troop, so if you are interested in the outdoors, becoming a better citizen in your community, and helping others in need, our troop and scouting is the place for you.
